In Process Inspection & Final Inspection

For quality control we do inspection only During the machining process, in that operators periodically measures the dimensions of the workpiece using the calibrated precision measuring instruments like Digital vernier, micrometers and calipers,bore gauges also threading gauges to ensure it meets the design specifications in the process by avoding further rejections & quality issue ahead after dispatch. Visual inspection is also performed to check for surface finish and for any defects.

Depending on the specific requirements of the component, secondary operations such as heat treatment, plating (Electroless nickel plating, ZiN Plating), or coating ,Nitriding may be performed after CNC turning to enhance its properties or appearance.

Also after that before dispatching the material we do final inspection to check & avoide quality issue due to any negligence, we guaranty to a customer for a total quality satisfaction.
